Booking Product






• After you log in to your shop dashboard you need to follow a few steps:
   1. Click on the “Catalog” Icon.
   2. Then click on the "Products" section. 



- If you want to add a new product click on add product bottom:




# In Kllify we provide 7 product types: 
1. Simple.
2. Configurable. (Product contains a variety of sizes, colors and prices).
3. Virtual. (Offering a service, selling a subscription,...)
4. Grouped. (a group of simple products that are linked together and sold as one set)
5. Downloadable. (e-book, album,...)
6. Bundle. (a group of products with different options can be customized)
7. Booking. (Restaurants, hotels, salons,...)



Add Booking Product

• After you click on add product button you will go to this page and from product type choose “simple” 
• Then choose attribute family 
• Finally write your product SKU
• After that click on the "save" button



• After you click on the save button you will go to this page that includes a few sections that you will 
be need fill more information about your product 
1. General section 
  - In this section you will write all of your:
  - Product Number
  - Name
  - URL Key
  - Choose Tax Category 
  - Color
  - Size
  - Brand
  - Drop Shipper/Warehouse



2. Description section:
  - You must add a Short Description and a long Description for your product.



3. Meta Description section (SEO): 
 - In this section is not necessary to fill in optional.
 - You can write all of Meta Title, Meta Keywords, and Meta Description.



4. Price section: 
  - In this section you must add a product price.
  - You can also add cost, Special Price, Special Price from, Special Price to.
  - You can add Customer Group price.



5. image, 360 image, and video section: 
  - for any product, you can add an image or 360d image or video.





6. Categories section:
 -  Here you can add your product to any categories you have in your store.



7. Booking Information Section:
    • Here you can choose the type of Booking as follows:




- First, the Default Booking:
 In this type of Booking, you can add the Booking site and the available quantity of this Booking, as well as the time period in which this Booking is available to the public, as well as choosing the type of this Booking, which is either “Many Bookings for One Day” or “One Booking for Many Days”



• When choosing the type “One Booking for Many Days” you can also add the open reservation days and time period:



• When choosing the type “Many Bookings for One Day,” the duration of one booking in minutes and the rest period in minutes between each booking:



• It is also possible to specify the opening and closing days and working hours:



- Second, Appointment Booking:
In this type of booking, the Booking site and the available quantity of this booking can be added, as well as whether it is available every week or not, The duration of one booking in minutes and the rest period in minutes between each booking, as well as whether this booking is for all days of the week or not:



• If the same booking is available all days of the week, you can add the duration of the time period in which the booking is available:



• If the same booking is not available all days of the week, you can add the duration of the time period in which the booking is available for each day separately:


- Third, Event Booking:
   You can choose the location of the event and add tickets:



- When you click on Add Ticket, we type the following information:
     The name.
     the price.
     Quantity available.
     the description.
     The ticket is valid from this date to this date.



- Fourth, Rental Booking:
 After selecting the type “Rental Booking”, you can add the  booking and the available quantity of it, as well as whether it is available every week or not, the type of rental (daily - hourly) and the price (daily - hourly):



• When choosing that the booking is not available every week: The time period for the booking is specified:



- You can choose the type of rental daily, hourly, or both:



* When choosing the type of daily rental: The rental price of the day is entered:



* When selecting the hourly rental type: the hourly rental price is entered:



- If the  booking is available all days of the week, you can add only the time period in which the  booking is available:



- If the booking is not available all days of the week, you can add only the time period in which the booking is available for each day separately:



- Fifth, Table Booking:
  After choosing the type "Table Booking", you can fill in the following information:



* When choosing that the booking is not available every week: the time period for the booking is specified:



* Choosing this booking is expensive for a Guest or for a Table:



* When choosing a Table: The guest limit is determined for each table.



* Writing the maximum capacity for guests, as well as choosing the duration of one booking in minutes and the rest period in minutes between each booking and the other:



- If the  booking is available all days of the week, you can add only the time period in which the  booking is available:



- If the booking is not available all days of the week, you can add only the time period in which the booking is available for each day separately:



- Finally, click on the "Save Product" icon.
