Customers
• After you log in to your shop dashboard you need to follow a few steps:
1. Click on the “Customers” Icon.
2. Then click on the “Customers” section.
Adding customers or edit and delete customer details as a store owner that will help you give the support to your customers if they need any help in their accounts.
- You can also add a customer by filling in the below information as need it and make choose the group you like to categories your customer and make it easy to access them:
- To make a group for your customer click on the Group section. Then you can add or edit and delete the group to manage your customers:
Reviews section:
you can edit or delete the reviews from your customer as will as you can take action and Approve or Disapprove the review:
By clicking on edit you can take action and see the details of the review and you can reply to the comment add by the customer also you will see the rating and details of the order that been reviewed by the customer. Then click save
- Abandoned carts section:
Here you can see your customers who have not completed their purchase and have products in their cart.
