Downloadable Product
• After you log in to your shop dashboard you need to follow a few steps:
1. Click on the “Catalog” Icon.
2. Then click on the "Products" section.
- If you want to add a new product click on add product bottom:
# In Kllify we provide 7 product types:
1. Simple.
2. Configurable. (Product contains a variety of sizes, colors and prices).
3. Virtual. (Offering a service, selling a subscription,...)
4. Grouped. (a group of simple products that are linked together and sold as one set)
5. Downloadable. (e-book, album,...)
6. Bundle. (a group of products with different options can be customized)
7. Booking. (Restaurants, hotels, salons,...)
Add Downloadable Product
• After you click on add product button you will go to this page and from product type choose “simple”
• Then choose attribute family
• Finally write your product SKU
• After that click on the "save" button
• After you click on the save button you will go to this page that includes a few sections that you will
be need fill more information about your product
1. General section
In this section you will write all of your:
- Product Number
- Name
- URL Key
- Choose Tax Category
- Colour
- Size
- Brand
- Drop Shipper/Warehouse
2. Description section:
- You must add a Short Description and a long Description for your product.
3. Meta Description section (SEO):
- In this section is not necessary to fill in optional.
- You can write all of Meta Title, Meta Keywords, and Meta Description.
4. Price section:
- In this section you must add a product price.
- You can also add cost, Special Price, Special Price from, Special Price to.
- You can add Customer Group price.
5. image, 360 image, and video section:
- for any product, you can add an image or 360image or video.
6. Categories section:
- Here you can add your product to any categories you have in your store.
*If you need to know how to create a Categories go to the "Categories" user guide file.
7. Downloadable information:
• Here you can add links, as well as add samples of the digital product.
7. After clicking on “Add Link”:
The name of the download product, and the price are written, and the product can be a file and it is downloaded by clicking on the “View file” icon,
Or it is a URL link, and you can also add a sample of the product as a file or URL link, and the number of downloads allowed is added.
• To add a product sample, click on “Add Sample”:
The name of the download product sample is written, and then the sample file is added and downloaded by clicking on the “File Browse” icon, Or the sample is a URL, after which the order of the sample is written.
- Finally, click on the "Save Product" icon.
