SMS Templates






• After you log in to your shop dashboard you need to follow a few steps:
   1. Click on the “My Shop” Icon.
   2. Then click on the "SMS Templates" section. 



- You can create an unlimited number of SMS message Create Sms Templates and save them, to be able to send them to your customers at any time, and you can edit or delete any Template.
To create a new Template, click on “Create SMS Template”:




- First we write the title of the template (this address enables you to know what this form includes), then we specify the status of the template as active or inactive.
Then we write the content of the message that will be sent to the customer, and then write a brief description of the template.
 At the end, click on "Save Template"




# To send SMS:
     1. Click on the "Customers" icon.
     2. Then click on the "Customers" section.
     3. Then select the customer and click on the "Conversations" icon.



Then we follow these steps:
        1- Go to the SMS messages section.
        2- The template to be sent is selected.
        3- Then click on the "send" icon.
