Ticket Categories
• After you log in to your shop dashboard you need to follow a few steps:
1. Click on the “My Shop” Icon.
2. Then click on the "Ticket Categories" section.
- You can create an unlimited number of support tickets for your customers, and for creating a new ticket category click on “Create Category”.
You can also edit or delete any of the support ticket categories.
- After clicking on "Create category", you can fill in the following data:
1- Title of the ticket.
2- The ticket status is active or inactive.
3- Description of the ticket.
- Finally, click on the "Save Category" icon.
